Amazing experience....enjoyed a lot

We booked 2 ac cottages..one is glass room and another one normal....rooms are neat and clean..as it is in the picture..staff were kind and friendly...food was good....and amazing beach view... eager to visit again.....

Pathetic rooms and worst service including attitude of owner

We booked based upon the nice pictures. When we opened the rooms it was exactly the opposite.
The only best part was the location of the cottage. It is right on the beach.
The maintenance of the rooms and toilets is pathetic. They are dirty. Not a single rod to even hang the towel or clothes in bathrooms. No hot water at all. Towels were provided at 10 PM after reminding many times. No water bottles provided. They have later, but charged for it.
The dinner venue is good but too loud music. When asked to reduce the sound after few requests also it was not honoured by owner.
Owner was rude and mentioned that we do not give it to senior citizens due to this.
For couple of rooms the door did not close from inside. So the maintenance staff had to repair it at 11 AM. 3-4 rooms have same locks and keys ... So security is manor issue ..
Overall a bad experience for all our 6 families.
Other than the location everything will be rated as poor including the attitude of the owner himself.

worst owner

worst owner. Labour keep coming for pending payments. Met a labour. He had tears in his eyes. Not well maintained property with wrong attitude of staff. bad rooms. smelly toilets. worst food. had very bad time

“Not worth the money”

We a bunch of friends stayed visited in early Dec,2021. However we realised the photos of this place were deceiving .Every staff member including the property owner I encountered ,from Checkin to the cleaning staff weren't helpful !! Food options are limited and expensive

Pathetic service

We had booked through Nagarj( 073492 56119) gokarna adventure. Dissappionted after seeing the place. He showed photos of different place with tents and offered us this place.staff was rude,because he didnot pay them. Dirty toilets, dogs shiiting near the tent. Dont fall for the photos give.
