Stop En route to Kakinada,
Located at the beginning of IRR, near to nidamanru village and airport,
Wash room are clean, service is prompt and food is good, overall it was a worth stop and good food at reasonable price,

Extremely disappointing stay – overpriced, poorly maintained, and terrible service
The problems started the moment we arrived. The valet, Bhaskar, was nowhere to be seen, so I had to park my car on the roadside and go looking for him myself. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, he responded rudely, saying, "I have ten cars. What do you want me to do?" It was an incredibly unprofessional way to welcome guests.
Hoping this was just an isolated incident, I went to the front desk, but the manager, Durga Prasad, was equally unhelpful and indifferent. There was no sense of hospitality or willingness to assist, which set the tone for the rest of our stay.
The condition of the hotel was shocking for the rates they charge. The room floors were sticky, the elevators smelled strongly of urine and other unpleasant odors, and the room air conditioning barely worked. In a city like Vijayawada, where the weather is hot and humid, a properly functioning AC is essential, yet ours struggled throughout our stay.
Dinner was another frustrating experience. We arrived close to closing time, and the restaurant staff asked us to place our order quickly because the kitchen was about to close. We completely understood and ordered immediately. However, while we were still eating, they switched off the restaurant's air conditioning. We had to finish our meal in the heat after paying around ₹5,500 for dinner. If the restaurant is going to shut down its facilities before guests have finished eating, it shouldn't continue accepting orders.
The value for money is extremely poor. We paid close to ₹10,000 for two rooms, and breakfast wasn't even included. The following morning, when I ordered breakfast separately, I was told to come downstairs and collect it myself. They also refused to allow the delivery person to bring food to reception for hotel staff to send it up to our room, which added to the inconvenience.
What made the experience even more disappointing was the attitude of the staff throughout our stay. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, but we experienced the exact opposite.
My wife is American, and I was genuinely embarrassed that this was the level of hospitality she experienced during our visit. On a previous trip to Vijayawada, we stayed at DV Manor, where the service was excellent. I would also recommend Hyatt Place, which is on the same road, over The Kay Hotel without hesitation.
The Kay Hotel charges premium prices but fails to deliver the quality, cleanliness, comfort, or service that those prices should include. Unfortunately, we won't be returning, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Vijayawada.

Good business hotel, staff needs to improve
1. Locartion is a plus, not too far from airport, and is located at the heart of the ciy.
2. Parking available
3. Food is good (I did not try the buffet)
Cons:
1. Rooms can be cleaner
2. Price high for the standard of the place
3. Receptionist declined to provide additional/spare room access card...WTF?

Good hotel....Nice menu at the restaurant!
The restaurant is very good. They offer tiffin (snacks) items as well as a-la-carte menu in veg & non veg.section.
Complimentary breakfast menu offered was good!
