Very pleased!

Me and my family had a great time at this resort. It was nice to have all our needs catered to at this place. Play area for the kids, restaurant for us to chill and dine at(lassi was outstanding), sit out right outside our rooms to enjoy the weather (esp a water hose to rinse off the sand coming back from the beach) The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Rooms were well maintained. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to visit the beach and stay overnight.

Maintenance of lotus pond resorts in bapatla

We stayed in Lotus pond resort in bapatla and
Resorts bapatla for 2 nights with family. Resort was amazing, excellent services and very good food. Very well designed luxurious spacious rooms. We took double rooms off presidential that includes king size bed and one extra bed in rooms, attached bathrooms, living room and beautiful swimming pool. Apt for two families. Garden area is also very nice. Best walking area and children play ground also available and nice we enjoyed the lot in this resort.good communication skill staff is this resort.

Good stay at Lotus pond resort

Had a very good stay at Lotus pond resort, rooms were clean and neat as shown in the website. I recommend people to stay here without any second thought. There are many facilities like spa, pool, children play area etc

The best

It is the best among the resorts at Bapatla. It is having all that is required for a family. We feel happy for the system sending only family at a time and not allowing others to step in. One more thing is that the kid play equipment is being maintained very good

Our First Worst Experience

We Booked suite Room where there is no Fridge , Washroom is very dirty with used soaps , Taps not working It took 30 Min to fill one bucket water , TV Not Working - When Requested to Set TV They told to wait for some time but till night no resolution. Night when we asked again about TV Simply Hotel Manager told to checkout if we are not comfortable which Looks very Harsh. No Hospitality at all . Please be Carefull.
