Wonderful Hotel

I regularly stay at Windsor Castle. Very comfortable to stay and Great service at the hotel, the staff is very co-operative. Food and location is good. I have been coming to this hotel several times and highly recommend it.

Do not book! You might end up without a place to stay

We booked this place for our first destination after arriving in Delhi. Flights from Europe often land in the middle of the night. So we were even more disappointed to arrive at this place and get looked at with total surprise.. We even wrote an e-mail explaining our late arrival and all.
They overbook on purpose, like many do, but are not able to handle it properly...
We cannot make a review on booking because they just cancelled our planned stay.

Thanks for the review.I would like to inform that as per hotel policy all Pay at Hotel booking done through OTA are confirmed only when the payment is done.The policy is mentioned clearly at the time of reservation.
We send Payment link to all Pay At Hotel bookings so that the guest have option to make payment and confirm the reservation.

Average Stay

Stayed during official travel. Location & service is decent. Room was well maintained & clean. Staff was courteous. Food served was average & normal in taste. Can be used for short stay in city or during travel.

Outstanding Stay : Great Staff

I stayed there for 3 Months, Staff was very friendly. The owner is very humble and helpful. Food quality is also very good. I enjoyed my stay at Windsor.

Amazing stay : Great staff

I stayed there for months and had one of my best stay's at Windsor's. The staff was very friendly and given my long stay it indeed felt like home. I had initially come with an intention to stay just for a few weeks but kept extending given the comfort. The meals were good, the place clean and the staff friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel :)
