A Truly Wonderful Stay — Exceptional Hospitality

I had an amazing stay at Lemon Tree, and I can confidently say that I would always choose to come back. What truly sets this hotel apart is the warmth, care, and courtesy of its staff, particularly the front desk team.
I would like to give a special mention to Indu, she has consistently been a wonderful host. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality make me feel more comfortable and welcomed at the reception here than I have experienced at even some of the best five-star hotels in India. That says a lot about the kind of hospitality she brings to her work.
I also want to give a special shout-out to Sakshi. I am not sure if she is still at the hotel, but during my previous stays, she was equally welcoming, helpful, and attentive. People like Indhu and Sakshi are what make a hotel memorable—not just the rooms or facilities, but the feeling of being genuinely valued as a guest.
I have stayed at Lemon Tree multiple times whenever I am in here in the town, and I make an effort to stay here whenever possible. I consistently appreciate the comfortable rooms, cleanliness, prompt service, and, above all, the genuine regard the team has for its customers.
Thank you once again to the entire team for making my stays so comfortable and memorable. The warmth and hospitality you provide go a long way, and I will continue to wholeheartedly recommend Lemon Tree to anyone visiting Gurugram.

Wonderful stay at lemon tree hotel

I had a wonderful dining experience during my stay. The restaurant service was excellent, and the staff were very courteous, attentive, and professional. They made sure everything was taken care of and provided warm and prompt service throughout the meal.
A special appreciation to the entire hotel team for their hospitality and guest-focused approach. Their positive attitude and attention to detail really made the experience memorable.
Highly recommended for the excellent service and welcoming atmosphere!

Awesome

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stat. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the area Breakfast was also very good with plenty of options. Overall, excellent service and great value for money. We would happily stay here again!
