Worst facilities at high cost

We stayed there for one night. shouldn't even be considered a budget hotel.AC makes loud noise. Bed bugs bite at night. Poor response by hotel staff. No fooding was available. Very bad experience at the cost of 1650/ night

Behaves like corporate hotel... Delivers like budget hotel

Hotel is conveniently located just at a stone throwing distance from paltan bazar. I had paid 1550/ for a non AC room. Though breakfast was included, but the rooms and services could have been better at this price. The room was a medium sized & neat and clean... With a road facing window. But the toilet was too small and most pathetic thing was the toilet pipe was leaking.
Everyday I had to complain about TV and he would recharge the tatasky for that day only. This property must be run by some genius, no doubt.
Breakfast is just adequate for you to start your day. They serve it at their dining hall in first floor.
Overall its a OKAY kind of hotel.

Just average hotel

Good location centrally located & close to railway station and nothing is special about the hotel, should not book with a huge expectatio to experience after chk in. Fyi, just within few hindred meters of distance you will get- kfc, dominos, bata, shree leathers, vishal, & khadims showroom, volvo pick up point for airport transfers as well as the sharing/ reserved cab service to airport & shillong. Its a just avg hotel

Cheap Stay

The hotel is located nearby the railway station and is near the city centre. The hotel is a good option of cheap stay.The rooms are cheap but with only basic amenities like a cot, tv, chair and table. The amenities are not in good shape though. the bed sheets are stained and the rooms aint as clean as they should be. The worst part is the bathrooms are dirty and stinky. Also the rooms are small in size with not enough space to move around. The surroundings are noisy and there are no open spaces for fresh air to enter your rooms. Room service is non-existent and staff is not that cordial.
Would suggest to live here only if you need a place for a few hours.

cheaper option

It is a good hotel for a budget stay. the rooms are neat and clean but the furnitures are average. the tv service that i got was poor but the location of this hotel makes it a good selection..overall its a good one and the staffs are friendly.
