Average experience at 7 Hills
Since we were 6 of us, we opted for two rooms, both were supposed to be Super Deluxe rooms that can accommodate 3 people each as it has one double bed and 1 small bed by default. The rooms were good, have clean washrooms. But the staff is very lethargic and has a casual attitude towards guest needs.
One of the rooms did not have a kettle, material to make tea/ coffee and towels. We had to call the housekeeping three times before it was sent to the room.
One of the rooms was apparently an upgrade over a Super Deluxe Room and was called a suite. It was a double room with a small sized swimming pool within the room. An extra bedding was required there and the staff took several reminders for the same. Everyone demands tips at every point which is irritating. Also the mattress given was made out some thermocol kind of material
Except for the service the stay was comfortable though as the property is silent.
The restaurant serves good food. Gajar Halwa is a must try. Breakfast can have more options. Only 2 items were served.
