Excellent stay

Excellent hospitality.which I never see before. In other hotels .
Front office staff was very helpful and the lobby was beautiful with good interear.and GM Mr. Puneet was good person.and I forgot to minsen that girls name Rajni was very nice she helped me to express check in.west of luck Rajni for your future. Look forward for your career will jump high.

Super Pathetic stay

Pathetic experience while checkin. They don't allow early checkin. And ask extra money for early checkin.. Bad and rude behaviour from reception staff.. Not recommend to stay at all.. Room service is terrible and poor room conditions makes a perfect hotel to not to stay..

Bad service from oyo

I booked a hotel from Oyo but they shifted my hotel without my permission and hotel is not allowed to Cheak -in and I will pay extra money to hotel after 2 hours. Oyo represent are not responsing my call and msg when I fed-up I paid extra pay 1105 at reception. Very bad from Oyo They charged more money when u book a Oyo hotel before a month.

The best in Lucknow

I was personally rejected by 3 different hotels in Lucknow solely because I am not an Indian national. I began to think of Lucknow as Sucknow until I came to Hotel Shelter. The staff was welcoming, helpful, kind and precessional. They booked my Ola taxi and made sure I reached where I needed to go. Room service was fast and delicious. Breakfast buffet was also delicious. Best thing for me was having an English newspaper delivered to my room automatically first thing in the morning in time for breakfast. The room is spotless and well furnished. The AC is cold while the water is hot. No power cuts. This has been my best hotel stay, better than Taj groups, Marriott, Radisson or Hilton, in India. My train is now 2 hours delayed and the staff extended my stay for free so I didn't have to wait at train station in the heat and humidity. Oh, the location cannot be beat. Close to main train station, bus stand and there are a billion shared and private rickshaw of all kinds. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Because of my stay here, Sucknow has become Lucknow. My deep gratitude to Hotel Shelter.

Pathetic staff

It's really terrible hotel n staff, on phone calls they said different price n when you'll reach there suddenly they increase the price, one of the night reception staff his attitude is like he is a owner of any 5 star property, if u'll call for room service they will never get back to you, staff staring at you like you have done something wrong , on Google or any other websites is totally different you have to think twice before you go there
