Family Trip

Location was great , atmosphere was great, rooms were clean and spacious.
Noise level was ok , Service was good , amenities were great .
The main Feature was food.
It was so good and tasty.
overall very good expereince.

Worst place

Bad place . After reading positive reviews I booked this hotel from booking.com . While I was on my way I tried calling them 3 times to confirm my booking but they don’t have any confirmation they just say just come . After reaching before payment I checked the rooms it was not clean . Bathroom had yellow stains and no Covid protocol followed . All I want to suggest fellow if u book this hotel do check rooms before payment and do not pay online . You will regret it later . After Cancil this booking I checked in at some other hotel and it was better .

Good Stay @ Narayanam

I booked this hotel purely based on the positive reviews on TripAdvisor and turned out to be a good call. This is a new property with very good upkeep. I had booked an Executive Room which was quite spacious, well equipped with all the necessities and pleasant decor. The bathroom was decent sized with adequate water pressure 24x7. The hotel is centrally located, it takes about 15 minutes to get to the railway station. The pick up and drop off to the railway station was included in our package which made things hassle free. Our train to Gwalior was delayed a bit due to which the driver had to wait for about 30 minutes but he was quite understanding and didn't complain / moan about the long wait at all.
We had our dinners in the restaurant Naivedyam and food was good. Restaurant staff were courteous and helpful. Jitendra and other front desk staff were very helpful too.
Breakfast buffet spread is something I felt can be much. The variety in the buffet was limited and taste varied like Puri Bhaji tasted very good but Idli & Poha were below the mark.
It was a comfortable one day stay @ Narayanam and I definitely recommend the hotel.

My first visit to Gwalior

Very beautiful ambience. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully designed and in a good location . Ample amount of private parking space is there . Food was tasty , very good service. Enjoyed our stay there .

New Property with good service

Nice new property with good service. Breakfast is tasty and very much kids friendly. Nice decoration was done on the eve of Christmas. Rooms are neat & clean. Everything in this property starts with 'N'...
