Very good stay

The hotel was very good. 3 or a 4 star only probably but have a very professional staff
Quick check in and check out , they organised a vehicle for airport transfer as well . Was there for a night at the hotel
Rooms were nearly done, spacious and clean
Food and improve but was good

The room was good however the amenities in the rooms was not up to the standard. There was no TV connection. Wi Fi in the room was very bad that even the TV could not be used.
Had a bad experience. Suggest to look for some other option.

Great stay at the hans, hubli

Had a very pleasant stay at the hans , hubli
Was there only for a night
Staff was very good especially the girl at the reception who handled my reservation { pia }
Check in and check out was quick, good and new rooms
Food was Decent
Over all a good stay

Worst experience.. Worst service..

Worst experience.. Worst service.. There was no hot water, they offered in buckets.. The ordeal started at 7.30am & ended at 11.30am with change of room.. Exhausts were not working in toilets.. All fittings were stained.. Breakfast was bad..

Location is good but old structure

Overall service was good. Staff is friendly. Old structure hence appearance and infrastructure is average. Toilets utility not good as they are old. Lot of places you will see rusty marks.
Food is good but very rigid on timing and food supply. Ex. If boiled egg is part of breakfast they will not serve omelet. Very adamant on the same. No effective communication between their own staff, if message is given to Reception, it will not pass on appropriately to house keeping or kitchen.
