Amazing Hospitality – Special Thanks to Chef Supriya, Chef Vinay & John

We had a wonderful stay at Taj Wow Indore. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, excellent hospitality, and a great variety of options at breakfast.
A very special thanks to Chef Supriya and Chef Vinay for going above and beyond to make our breakfast experience memorable. They prepared fresh food specially for my kid, and knowing that we are from Odisha, they even prepared a few Odia dishes for him. My kid absolutely loved them, especially the strawberry shake, and enjoyed every bit of it. Their personal attention and kindness truly made our stay special.
We also loved the special Indori Poha and Idli Chach, which became our favourites during our two-day stay.
A special thanks to John Mony from Assam as well for his warm, kind, and attentive assistance throughout breakfast. His friendly service made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and the wonderful staff, especially Chef Supriya, Chef Vinay, and John Mony, made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!

A relaxing family vacation

We stayed three nights at Wow Crest, Indore. The room size is good and the linens were clean. Location is quite central with shopping, restaurants and all the tourist attractions nearby. The campus is small and there is no lawn or green area within the campus. Our check in was smooth with Angelina and Rahul at the front desk doing a good job. The breakfast spread was good and all the preparations were delicious. Rumchum and Jashri, the two youngsters in the restaurant are sure to impress you if you come across them. They serve you really well. Two boys in the housekeeping, Pawan Chaudhary and Mahendra, did their job well and impressed us with their sincerity. Mr. Pushkar, manager, paid attention to all our needs and was always helpful.
It was good to see that Taj Group is taking steps to minimize generating waste. It would be great if they supplied safe drinking water in reusable glass bottles instead of half a litre plastic bottle. We were frightened looking at the number of plastic bottles we were discarding every day. Also, it would be much more sensible to keep shower gel, shampoo etc in refillable dispensers, instead of supplying them in small plastic bottles. We must do our bit to save the environment.
