Heartily I wish everyone to stay here for a night and enjoy the riverside view in a remote area with family

The hotel is located in a lush green forest near Dharmasthala in a riverside.The view from the top of the hotel is mesmerising. Our room was river facing. Early morning view from our top floor room was breathtaking.Rooms and washrooms and linen are well cleaned.Parking is also good.
The restaurant food was too good and moderately priced.It is clean and nice.
Overall our stay with family for a day was memorable.I recommend this hotel those who visit Dharmastala.

TOTALLY UNRELIABLE HOTEL SHAMELESS MANAGEMENT

I had booked 1 Room directly with the hotel and paid the advance of Rs 2000 as asked by the booking staff. The booking was for 30/11/2024 for 1 night . The booking was duly confirmed by the hotel management through WhatsApp message.
I was suppose to attend Lakshdweep festival at Dharmsthala Temple on 30/11/2024 and was to leave next day.
I went from Delhi and went straight to temple after darshan went to hotel to check in at around 9.15 pm at the Hotel. On reaching hotel to my surprise and shock I was told by reception fellow that they have cancelled my booking at 9.00 pm and now no room is available.
This us utter nuisance on part of hotel management due to festival rush it seems they have sold the room at higher cost.
I had no place to stay for the night and had to look around everywhere for a place to sleep.
This is totally unreliable and non sense hotel management who have no respect for the bookings and the guest and the staff instead of repenting were smiling as if they have made some big achievement.
Utterly shameless management

Reasonably good hotel

Please do not book this property on line. The management is totallly irresponsible lot. I have booked one superior room on line for 23rd Aug, 2023 but for unseen reason cancelled in due time. Till date as on 16th sep 2023 they have not refunded my amount.
Hotel is ok. Rooms ok for the price the are charging. Food is bad and much higher priced.

Comfortable stay with all amenities

The location of the hotel is perfect, with good view. The rooms are clean and tidy, they provide mineral water and some snacks for complimentary which makes you feel better :). Each room has a balcony with a small sitting area. The service provided by them is quick. The restaurant serves good tasty food. The swimming pool is good and well maintained with not much chlorine, outdoor kids play area is good and well maintained, indoor game area have multiple games, but TT and one more was not in good condition, the indoor play area is average and needs to be maintained. Adjacent to the hotel, they have steps to Netravati river directly, hence its easier to have a holy dip. Overall a comfortable stay .

Decent Hotel

Good clean rooms with decent pricing, about 5 kms away from Dharmastala Temple, with good vegetarain restaurant. The view from the hotel is beautiful. They have well maintained swimming pool also. Highly recomended for family stay.
