Wonderful experience

Great stay at anand castle– excellent there management & service and atmosphere. Clean room, stunning views, and top-notch amenities. Our stay in Anand caste was an unforgettable experience; the rooms were spacious and clean, with amazing views.hospatility

Great stay

Was had an amazing stay at the Hotel Anand castle
really like to appreciate the chef for the delicious food they served and well behaved staffs. They were all very polite and helpful.
If get a chance to visit again I would definitely go.all staff was good.

My experience at Anand Castel

It sounds like you're having a wonderful experience. Enjoying delicious food and a clean bathroom can certainly elevate a stay. Those are definitely aspects I value in accommodations too. I had a terrible experience at the Hotel Anand Castle (Kashipur)

I had a terrible experience at the Hotel Anand Castle (Kashipur) On February 21st, I made a reservation by calling them multiple times and every time I was given a different price. Eventually, I booked the room for Rs 2240. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the room was not as it appeared in the pictures and was very dirty. The sofas were also dirty. Based on this, I believe the hotel should only charge under Rs 1000. If I rate the hotel based on cleanliness, I would give it a 2 out of 10. For service, I would give it a 5 out of 10 and for food, I would give it a 6 out of 10. Overall, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It was a complete waste of money and I had a very bad experience.

Absolutely poor experience

Stayed 2 nights in Nov 23. Right on main road which remains pretty congested but easy to find.
Overall stay pretty poor mainly due to total lack of professionalism and expertise by hotel staff. Only saving grace was the manager Mr Praveen, who helped in every way to solve problems.
Right from check in everything was on request from soap, to shampoo, to tea coffee sachets. If they brought you soap, you had to ask for towel. Then ask for shampoo. Then ask for tea cofee sachets. Then ask for a cup. Then ask for a spoon. TV did not start and u had to call someone. AC control is with hotel management, you cannot adjust. Door did not lock from outside.
They had a rooftop party so declined food. Mr Praveen somehow managed to arrange something.
Saving grace was the room which was spacious.
Overall very poor management and staff who knows nothing of basic requirements in hospitality sector.
Avoidable totally.
