A short business trip to Coimbatore
Large lobby and attentive front desk staff who made the effort of combining 2 separate bookings into a single check-in.
The rooms were quite spacious, with queen-size beds for a twin room. The bathroom was also well appointed. The shower needed some attention from the maintenance team.
The AC was super strong. We had to switch it off in the middle of the night. The regulator was not able to maintain a comfortable temperature.
The breakfast spread was quite good, with 3 live stations and maybe more than 2 dozen options in the buffet.
Unfortunately, we were unable to secure a table at the restaurant during dinner on both days of our stay due to overcrowding. We had to walk to a nearby restaurant where the food was above par, so no regrets about missing out.
Overall, it was a good experience, and I will definitely use the same hotel on my next trip to Coimbatore.

Memories at Merlis, Coimbatore!
We wish to place on record our grateful appreciation of the warm hospitality extended to us on our stay with you for 2 nights/days.
The hotel is very well-appointed, we liked the clean, contemporary decor and the location with mountain and sun views.
Thank you for the top-class toiletries, the super comfy bed linens/ accessories and the delicious cuisine and room arrangement.
Every staffer was so welcoming and friendly, very efficient and helpful- right from the gate to entry, at reception, (Nikita Yadav, Ashba, Esther & all !) restaurant (Lily, Dilkhush and all!) and in-house (Vasanth, Tamil Arasan, Shriram)! Grateful thanks, and pardon us for not recalling all names!
A suggestion - would have appreciated a discreet arrangement to dry small garments in the bath area perhaps.
But overall, a great experience! Thank you, Team Merlis! ❤️

Amazing experience
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for everything you've done throughout the event. From the smallest details to the biggest responsibilities, you handled everything with so much patience, warmth, and a smile.
