A nightmare

In summary it was a nightmare to stay in thehotel.Wewent for dinner and waited for 68 minutes for an omelette to get served, the in course was never in the horizon. WE requested to speak with the manager who refused to talk.
I have been travelling frequently and hopefully will not encounter such an experience anywhere in Kerala.

Property is located on the prime location. It’s a calm and silent area. But the facilities provided like electric kettle and all are damaged. Bathroom door handles were damaged in some rooms.

This message is specfically to record our appreciation of the wonderful and exemplary services rendered by both yourself and Swapna, despite the numerous constraints within which you were operating there in the Hotel. We were really taken in by the stupendous efforts put in by both of you and your team members, especially the service boys, in attendng to the requirements of our guests in a pleasant and satisfying manner. Everyone of the guests have appreciated the services rendered.
Once again, please accept our sincere thanks and gratitude for making our stay in White Gate an extremely pleasant and wonderful experience, which we would always cherish. We would also make it a point to patronise White Gate in future, whenever we get an opportunity in the future.

White Gate Residency

With just a few minutes drive from our home, this place happens to be our ideal get away. The food at the restaurant is delicious and also reasonably priced. The ambiance is welcoming and the staff, polite. Happy to recommend it.
