We have paid so much money(around 4 times of the actual cost) through Expedia, and we asked for complimentary breakfast from the day1 which was already in their itinerary.
On the 2nd day, we were not having any towels in our bathroom whole day.

Property owners and caretakers are engaging in fraudulent activities. Please be careful.
We thought this was a good deal, and we asked him to book the villa offline and paid him Rs. 5000/- on the given number "9892364984." I have attached the payment screenshot.
Today, when I called Faiyaaz's number asking to provide the location details, it seemed to be non-reachable, or incoming calls were stopped on the number. Then I called the GPay number where I had transferred the amount; his name was "Saurabh Satish Gajul." Initially, he was not answering the normal calls, then I tried to call him over WhatsApp, and he picked up the call. I explained the scenario to him, and thereafter, he mentioned that Faiyaz had done some fraud and had left with Rs. 30-35L. I asked him, since the villa would not be available, to kindly transfer my initial amount. He mentioned that both our accounts have ceased, and there have been some cases filed with the local police.
This type of fraud is being perpetrated by the owners and caretakers of Lonavala Villas against people. I would suggest that everyone be aware of such fraudulent activities.
