Good Hotel in budget (within 2k)

Compact hotel within limited area. No parking, guests have to park vehicle roadside. Breakfast will serve in room which is ordered from 3rd party vendor, in room, you are bound to have breakfast on bed, as there is no table.Roomwise: bed, cleanliness, odour, bathroom, hot water for bath, all are good. Almirah and drawers have napthalene balls, one can take it positive or other can take it negative. Worth of money if you get within 2k per night just for good quality sleep.

Very dirty

We booked this hotel from MMT. Room were ok. Bedsheet was dirty. Apart from these, he gave used water bottle. When I complained about it, manager was denying to accept instead of replacing it. WiFi was not working. Bathroom was also not cleaned. Bucket was broken and dirty.

Budget Hotel - No Lift, No Parking, No Room Service

Booked this hotel for 1 night via Treebo.com for 2 adults and 1 kid (8 yrs). This hotel had tie up with Treebo in January and I think now not. Hotel is situated near KSRTC bus stand. Room was clean but with lot of problems. A/c noise was very loud inside the room, Switch was broken and wires have come out, Water was leaking from bottom tiles near the entrance. Rooms are located only in 1st and 2nd floor. No lift, no room boy, so if you are having lot of luggages or elders then you have to face great difficulty.
No Car Parking. Vehicle should be parked on the roadside only. There is a lorry stand in front of this hotel. So getting parking is very difficult. Complimentary breakfast will come from third party vendor and will be served only after 8.30 am, so going early for sightseeing would be difficult.
There is a good vegetarian Udipi restaurant near this hotel. So no need to go far for food. Only two staff are working in the day time, one for cleaning and other one for reception. For short stay and budget is a constraint, then this hotel would be nice.

Budget hotel

Near bus stand, so good access to taxi services etc is available. Rooms were okay. Water supply was good. Cant comment on breakfast as we did not have the time to eat at the hotel. Also, good restaurants are nearby. Staff is good, but had difficulty in understanding hindi or english. Not advisable for senior citizens as reception and rooms are located on higher floors and the hotel building doesn't have any lift. Overall, a good hotel if you only want a place to sleep overnight.

madikeri visit

its a neat and clean business hotel only 10 rooms available in this hotel. no restaurant with in the hotel. but just out side good veg and non veg hotels area there. nice location. rooms are very small. they are providing b/f at room but no dining table in side the room.
