A must to choose, Wonderful Hotel with a great staff and warmth all around
All credits to the fab experience of Shambhuji Hotel.
I had to stay for approx. 3 weeks and there were really less choices of places to stay near the work place at Hiranandani estate.
Along came the idea of trying this Hotel in vicinity which is led and spearheaded by the very owner if this the hotel Mr.Shambhu Ji himself.
The place is serene and one would love a little silence while a lot of hustle bustle in nearby markets which are walks away and really neat ones with almost everything anyone can possible ask for.
Hotel staff was welcoming enough and after understanding my stay requirements and duration they offered me a great room with good outside view.
Though I personally chose to have my breakfast and Dinner at Hotel Shambhuji since I liked the Food from day 01 but also there is a plenty of choice to eat around if you are looking out to hover around for local delicacies in Mumbai. There are supermarkets, banks, ATMs, restaurants, general stores, roadside eateries with flavors of all parts of India, cheap food outlets (Poli-Bhaaji centres).
Hotel is ~45 mins away from Airport and nearest Railway station is Thane itself, transport is invariably good, you get 24x7 plenty of Autos, Govt. and Pvt buses, taxis.
I had to stay single occupancy, still the Hotel staff (almost everyone) took extra care in looking after my daily needs and all nitty gritty one can possibly think for, moreover Mr. Shambhu Ji himself keeps in touch with almost every guest and have a great way of gathering feedback every day with an assurance to fix anything which could possibly be a concern for his guests. There have been occassions where he personally tries to help guests to make their experience a delight which any other Hotel might probably sing around the 'extra charge for this...' song. Shambhuji's soft skills and his reactions to fix things are highly appreciated and I am sure he becomes a part of your great experience, to be remembered for.
Hotel offers laundry services, bar services, dining, business conferences etc at reasonable prices.
All in all, a great place and value for money to stay in Thane(W). I would love to stay at this place each time I come back to Thane.
