Delightful stay, very responsive staff specially Dalchini Restro Captain Akhil humble and responsiveness. Very smooth and seamless check in process best ever experience during previous other property stay. Wish you all the best to VITS NANDED Team.

Unsatisfactory Customer stay

We recently stayed at VITS Hotel Nanded for 3 days with family, expecting a comfortable experience considering the VITS brand reputation. Unfortunately, the stay was quite disappointing due to poor hospitality, management, and service standards.
Breakfast was never ready at the scheduled 8:00 AM timing. Items were served gradually as and when prepared, causing inconvenience every morning.
Basic room essentials required repeated follow-up calls to room service. Food ordered in the room was also delayed and needed constant reminders.
We extended our stay by 3 hours due to flight timings and paid additional charges for the extension. Despite this, we were repeatedly disturbed for checkout and were eventually compelled to pay for an entire extra day.
We booked multiple rooms through Cleartrip under “single occupancy,” which turned out to mean rooms with single beds — a very confusing booking description.
Overall, the stay lacked proper hospitality, coordination, and customer care. We had an unsatisfactory experience and would not recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

A Hotel you must give a miss.

We stayed at Vits Bharat Nanded for one night and we can only describe the hotel as BAD. The rooms are large and largely ill maintained. You get a musty smell the moment you enter the room. The fan was not working and I could not contact reception since the intercom too was not working. After finally being able to contact the reception using my cell phone , they sent s housekeeping guy who told me that this was a problem to be attended by maintenance . The maintenance guy never turned up.
Next morning the bathroom had a tiny trickle of hot water. The whole hotel has a rotten smell .
We tried dinner in the Bhairavi restaurant where they serve only veg thali. All the dishes in the thali were inedible . only the chapatis were hot . The restaurant was extremely dirty with used paper napkins lining the floor.
All in All a regrettable stay.

Overall Comfortable Stay but with minor issues in food.

Overall Stay was comfortable. Staff at Front Desk and Housekeeping were very good. I feel people appointed at Buffet needs to learn to be more informed and learned about their own hotel more.
Only issue was with Buffet,where staff denied basic baby food like Upma, Simple Dosa was taking 30+ mins to come to Table. Also the food quality in the offering can be improved as some items were raw. Photo of Dosa that came after 30+ mins. Food quality overall was good. On a lighter note Paneer Manchurian needs to be soft rather than hard to break.

It is a bit outside the town, otherwise everything else about it is really good
