Hotel prestige mangalore

One of the best stay pf my lifetime,before reaching there I was little confused about the room size as few people told that apart from the deluxe rooms other rooms are very small. But it seemed not to me. Room size was perfect for 2. Best service and hospitality of the hotel staffs, they should be congratulated.Location was also perfect.Exactly center of the city, well connected by every means.
Food quality of diesel cafe was also awesome, once again hospitality of the staffs was very nice and pleasant. Though the price is little bit higher than nearby other hotels, but you will never think of a different option ,once you get the service of these hotel staffs.They are excellent in single word. Room,cleanliness and decoration was also on its top.

Horrible amenities

Requested a quiet room but was upgraded to executive room facing the road. Wifi was not working most of the time. Room was filled with saw dust and the towels did not smell fresh either. The TV remote did not work unless I was close enough to change the channels manually and offered very few options for channels.

Very average stay

Location was ok but services are not satisfactory.In the budget room there was a CRT tv( don't know which era it belongs to !!) with below par quality toiletries, towels don't look fresh, bathroom fittings like toilet paper holder just fell off with a touch.Also options of channels in that small tv is very limited. Overall not impressed with my stay there.

Outstanding hospitality & restaurants

A very friendly welcoming place to stay. All personnel were very well trained, accommodating and helpful (all done with a smile). Everything was handled with efficiency and attention to every detail was given. Food was delicious & everything taken care of. Thanks for doing such an outstanding job to make the stay so pleasurable. The 3 restaurants they have, each different from the other gave us enough in the property itself, which didn’t need us to venture out. Will return to the property soon.

Good hotel!

The hotel is centrally located. It is cost efeective. I faced no hindrance during my stay here. Auto and taxi are easily available. Suitbale for short stay and for those visiitng Mangalore on business purpose.
