Stay and dining both availble at same place. Just drawback of booking here is only service lift is not available but staff of hotel will do luggage transfer for you without any extra charges.

Fraud hotel lies at check-in, extortion at checkout Unsafe, humiliating and money-trapping hotel – avoid at all cost

hotel operates with dishonest pricing, zero hygiene standards, and extremely disrespectful staff. behaviour I faced amounts to mental harassment and cheating.
At the time of check-in, a lower amount was quoted. During checkout, the staff deliberately created fake reasons to demand extra money, which clearly indicates a pre-planned scam to exploit guests.
The room and bedsheet were already unhygienic. Instead of accepting their fault, the staff made a public scene over a highly personal and sensitive issue (showing no dignity, no sensitivity, and no respect for women. This was deeply humiliating and traumatic.
They forcefully charged additional money in the name of blanket cleaning and used pressure tactics. Their communication was rude, aggressive, and unprofessional.
This hotel is unsafe for women, emotionally distressing, and financially deceptive.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away unless you want harassment, hidden charges, and loss of self-respect.
This place deserves strict action and public exposure, not customers.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL OR USE AGODA

We arrived at hotel Muskan at 3am and booked for 3 nights with them, we arrived in a neighbourhood which looked like a ghetto and at a hotel which looked derelict and completely different from the photos, upon arrival I had to go cashpoint and left my girlfriend at the hotel where the staff were very unfriendly to her, demanding she sit down and leave her bags at the entrance of the hotel, pedestrians of the street were also walking freely in and out of the building and pestering her. They were also refusing to let her check in being very rude to her. When I arrived back after a very slow process they took us to our room which was again completely different from the photos. No aircon at the hotel even though we requested it, bed sheets still dirty, room full of mosquitos, NO BLIND SO EVERYONE CAN SEE IN, WINDOW HANGING OFF IN THE BATHROOM MAKING THE ROOM EVEN MORE DANGEROUS. Poo left in the toliet still, dirty bucket of water left in there and the whole place just utterly filthy. Electrics we’re also a fire hazard as they were literally hanging off the wall with exposed wires. We asked for a wifi password and was also refused. As we feared for our own safety we messaged Agoda to say to them we felt unsafe who literally told the hotel staff with us still in the building making us even more vunerable. We fled the hotel at 3am and staff seemed happy that we left. We dug deep as the Agoda rating was not too bad for a budget hotel but we realised that some of the reviews must have been fake as on reading the reviews it turns out that IT IS COMMON FOR THIS HOTEL TO SCAM PEOPLE ON EARLY CHECK OUT AND NOT OFFER A REFUND. We contacted Agoda staff numerous times, told them how unsafe it was, how we feared for our safety and how they should investigate this scam and about 5 times all they have said is that we can not get refunded EVEN THOUGH WE DIDN’T SPEND A SINGLE NIGHT THERE. They refused to let me speak to anyone senior at Agoda and was past to different agents every time. They literally let the hotel to decide on the refund and refused to investigate further even after ALL THE EVIDENCE WE PROVIDED. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL BUT MOST OF ALL DONT USE AGODA AS THEY ARE BOTH SCAM ARTISTS.

Hotel denied me booking

Hotel denied me booking and started abusing me when I asked for upgrade my existing booking to AC room, though rooms were available. Rooms were dirty when I checked one of those. Ambience was like a dharamshala, and not a hotel.

Most of the water Taps in the wash room was not working. Comod's flush was not working. Room's door lock was disturbed. Load shedding . Generator/Inverter ( emergency power supplies) was out of capacity respect to load.
