Family Vacation

Nice stay. Only thing is cupboard is not big enough. Rest all is good. Beach nearby hotel. Quiet place. Staffs are very co-operative.

Excellent location for beach lovers - spend most of your time on the beach

The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Ashvem Beach and about a 4-minute walk to Morjim Beach along the Arabian Sea. Set on leafy grounds, it’s a laid-back property with a peaceful vibe. Rooms have exterior entrances and are simply furnished, equipped with kettles, Wi-Fi, and en-suite wet bathrooms with bucket showers.
There’s a casual open-air bar, and breakfast and parking are available. Direct beach access starts early in the morning, around 7:05 am, which is a big plus.
The staff are supportive, but the taxi union rates are overpriced. Losing customers over a ₹100 negotiation shows poor business sense. It’s strongly recommended to arrange your own transport—rent a two-wheeler or car, or opt for a self-drive option.
The beach location is the highlight—clean white sand, moderate crowd, and relatively quiet, with around 80% foreign tourists. Surfing is also available nearby. There are plenty of cafés, bars, and eating joints around the beach area.

Excellent stay and good property

Had an excellent stay. The property is good, the Wi-Fi signal was excellent, the rooms were neat and clean, and the staff was polite. Hot and cold water available 24 hours. Morjim beach is a 2-minute walk from the property.

Amazing experience of Goa trip

We booked lands end resort on treebo ad that was the best decision we made. On a single call we got the details and assistance on our booking. Regular follow-up made it so reliable and hassle free. Thanks a lot

Amazing and beautiful Hotel Treebo Lands End

Excellent service, atmosphere, and environment. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The food and service were outstanding. I really like the hotel and its peaceful atmosphere, especially the beautiful garden. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing experience.
