Very pathetic service from Ms. Anjana
On previous day of check-out, I requested manager for late check-out for 3 hours as my son was not well. I was ready for pay extra amount but they are asking me for Rs. 2200 for 3 hours. I requested to manager that I have booked this room for Rs. 1600 for one night and you are asking me Rs. 2200 for 3 extra hours which is not fair. He said this is our madam’s decision and we cannot do anything. That Madam was the Managing Director of this hotel, Ms. Anjana Gujral. I again requested him to charge reasonable rate, he again called Ms. Anjana and manager replied me that rate is final then I asked him many times to give her number so that I can call her directly but he denied me. Somehow I was able to find her number and I called her and she talked so rudely with me. First she said you talk with my servant I have already given message to him then I told her that madam I came with my family and Rs. 2200 for 3 hour is not a fair amount you take a reasonable amount. We had also managed many things like for food we went outside for all 3 days, you should also co-operate with us. She told me that you should order food from your room and have it in your room itself. I said it is little difficult to have food in a room with our children then she got frustrated and told me that your 3 days stays are completed and now I don’t want to give my room to you and cut the phone.
Very pathetic service I got from its Managing Director. Very arrogant…. Egoistic….We all are Human beings. Show some Mercy or kindness to your customer. The way she talked with us was very rude …

Worst ever experience.
They confirmed our booking with advance payment. On reaching hotel, they said rooms were allotted to others by mistake and can not do anything now.
Lady named ANJU started talking loudly when we request to do something as we were with kids and family. She just keep saying "Do what ever you want, I can not do anything now".
After we came to know that they got higher fair after our booking and did this scam to us.
Please do not waste your money and time on these cheaters.
