rooms are good. but check for Noise

rooms are quite good and clean, even food is also really good. only issue is some noise whole night (like DG set) so could not sleep properly. may be my advice take rooms park side

Not satisfied

I recently stayed at Hotel Park View in Andheri West, Mumbai. While the location and accessibility were good, I was disappointed with several aspects of my stay. The room was small and had outdated furniture that was dusty and not well-maintained. The bedspread and curtains were also unclean, which did not meet the standard I expected from a 3-star business hotel. The breakfast was provided in an unhygienic dining area where bees were buzzing around. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, I was surprised to see the room service staff using old and outdated cleaning materials, including a broomstick that seemed past its prime. Given these issues, I found the price of INR 11,950 for a 2-night stay to be quite steep. Overall, my experience at Hotel Park View was just okay, with room for improvement in various areas.

Great experience

I never find myself away from home in during my stay with Hotel Park view .
Reception to house keeping all staff members are very humble and polite in their behavior
I am coming to Hotel park view from many years ,in this experience I haven't remembered I got chance to complained any thing about property or their services.

Old fashioned rooms with rude staff

The location of the hotel is good. It is around 800 metres from Andheri railway station. It is quite close to a nice oark. The check-in was good but the staff is rude and not at all courteous. I was denied breakfast in my room even citing it as an emergency. The rooms are a bit old with average facilities.

Pretty basic. It’s more of bed and breakfast.

Hotel is best suited for those who want a cheap place to sleep, and is conveniently located in the city. There is nothing else to write about.
They really need to train staff in basic courtesy, had seen few heated conversations between room service staff and customers, which wasn’t a pleasant site. The hotel will charge you for spiked towels, the charge is not much, but the way they approach the whole thing is pretty disappointing. Some rooms smell stale and a constant lingering of cigarette smoke is present. Those who don’t like the smell, please ask for non smoking rooms if they have. The room service is pretty basic. Suggest you bring in your own toiletries and towels.
