Good Business Hotel in Andheri

Good Business Hotel in Andheri, Good Room . They have their own Club and amazing restaurant. We were in Mumbai for a Event. Staying at this hotel was convenient to us as it is very good hotel near airport. Also Hotel is Nearby to Metro Station and Railway Station.

I booked the room along with breakfast but the hotel was not informed. Hence, had to pay and hoping to get reimbursement from trip.com
This kind of unnecessary hassle should be avoided.

Very Bad Banquet Service

I had a very bad experience with Mr. Trilok banquet manager during the event and especially in post event.
On Event day - Service was very bad for Setup for projector and also food service was very slow ( Chief wasn't available).
Post Event - I had called Mr. trilok more than 50 times but he didn't respond to calls for Master Bill and Bill related issues (vendor billing)
Also had 2 rooms they were ok will rate 3 out 5 as the room size was small and staff didn't do the cleaning job

Review o out the live kitchen

Wo are here for last 5 days everyday without failed spending 4000 5000 every day first day when we show the chef making sushi and dimsim we told the manager we notify the manager witch she took the right step but today we show the one chef making dimsim without gloves and I show him scratching his hair so I called the same manager she said he is a head chef so I told her I am also working cheffing job he sad very hard to make dimsim and sushi without gloves and still thy are continue doing the same without gloves very pathetic to see people not thinking about what other people Heath and safety

Good Hotel@GreatPrice

Was skeptical when I made the booking. Wasn't sure, whether i have booked a good hotel or not. However, the moment I reached the hotel, all the apprehensions were gone. A sigh of relief, I would say, and i was like gosh, did a good job.
The location was spot on for me, as it was very near to Mumbai International Airport. Good if you want to avoid Mumbai traffic, especially during peak hours.
The rooms were spacious and full with all the basic amenities you need. The room layout was also good, with the dedicated sitting area, dressing area, well spaced and large cupboards. In the days of a pandemic, having a separate office desk and chair was welcoming. In addition, the washroom was also spotless and clean. All these enhanced the living experience.
The food served in the breakfast was also good, though it would have been better if they had more options, but that is just a nit picking. The ambience was also good, and the staff was courteous and helpful. Continuing with the staff , Mr Ashok who sits at the front desk was very helpful.
Overall, I had a good experience.
