Heartfelt Thanks for a Memorable Stay at The Taj Mahal Palace
A very special thank you to Prerna and Mayank, who went above and beyond to make my husband’s birthday truly iconic and unforgettable. Their thoughtful efforts, genuine care, and impeccable hospitality made the celebration incredibly special, and we will cherish those memories for years to come.
I would also like to sincerely appreciate Shrishti, Aditya, Jyoti, and Rohan for their prompt and seamless service. From our expedited check-in and smooth check-out to the efficient in-room dining service, everything was handled with professionalism and a warm smile, making our stay effortless and enjoyable. Housekeeping team as well celebrated my husband’s birthday and also gave sovereign to him. The managers herself came.

Regal Experience with Warm Hospitality
Check-in Experience was absolutely exceptional. The Check In staff were the highlight of my stay. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth and zero wait time. The front desk team was efficient, courteous, and took care of every detail without me having to ask twice. They remembered my preferences, handled check-in smoothly, and made me feel like royalty. Special mention to the entire check-in team - their professionalism and smile set the tone for the entire stay.
The room was spacious, elegant, and impeccably clean with stunning views of the Gateway of India/sea. Classic Taj interiors with modern comforts. Housekeeping was prompt and discreet.
Throughout the stay, the service felt personal, not transactional. Every staff member, from bellboys to F&B, upheld that signature Taj grace.
Can’t beat this location. Walking distance to Colaba Causeway, Gateway of India, and all of South Bombay.
Taj Mahal Tower isn’t just a hotel, it’s an experience. And the check-in staff are a big reason why. If you want heritage + luxury + humans who actually care, this is it.
