Great airport hotel. Walking distance to T1 terminal and if its raining you can take the buggy. Had a meal in rivea restaurant and it was amazing food and service. The rooms are spacious and modern. Ibwould highly recommend this hotel.

Terrible service staff . No o e to help woth lugagaes at check in
All night the next door customer had left food tray and no one cleaned it until 12 noon the next day . The whole corridor was smelly all mor ing untill noon.
The front reception staff are all new stude ts who have a basic knowledge of system . It takes the. 30 mins to check in each client. Same during che kout.
I chd kend in and the front desk staff said my room was laid and no need for th3 card as per the booking

Had the pleasure of attending a business event at Taj Santacruz today, and the experience was truly outstanding.
The level of hospitality, attention to detail, and professionalism displayed by the entire team was remarkable. Every aspect of the event was executed seamlessly, creating a perfect environment for business interactions and networking.
A special appreciation to Aniket, Tushar, Taiab, and Dilbaaz for their impeccable service, proactive support, and warm hospitality throughout the event. Their dedication ensured that every guest felt welcomed and well taken care of.
A heartfelt compliment to Chef Sushant for the exceptional culinary experience. The food was beautifully presented, diverse, and absolutely delicious, reflecting the high standards that Taj is known for.

Good Food and Service

I had a lovely dinner experience at Taj Santacruz. The food quality was excellent, and every dish was prepared to perfection. A special thanks to Rizwan, Suraj, and Mohsin for their warm hospitality and attentive service. They made me feel genuinely welcomed and ensured everything was taken care of throughout the evening. Looking forward to visiting again!
