Her grooming, communication skills, and attention to detail are excellent, which is exactly what is expected in a 5-star hotel environment. Very comfortable stay

We stayed 3 nights at The Shalimar Hotel since we had some work going on at home.
Exceptional. Very very nice. The rooms were comfortable and very tastefully done.
The breakfast spread was really nice. The service was very good. You must try Cafe Calma for a good meal.
The bakery and gelato shop had exceptional stuff.
The only thing I missed was the spa. For sure next time.
The staff were accommodating and courtesy. Would recommend this hotel anytime.

Great hotel stay in heart of heart of south Bombay

I returned to the shalimar and once again I was not disappointed. The rooms, location, and food are all reasons to stay at the shalimar.

South Mumbai's Gem

We had the pleasure of staying at the Shalimar Hotel for a few days as we were visiting Mumbai to attend a family wedding. Similar to my previous experience during my stay here i felt a personalised touch in my interactions with the hotel. We stayed in their newly designed suite which was excellent. The inclusive breakfast was excellent with a good selection including eggs and dosa's prepared to order. The food here is excellent and a must try is the butter chicken with butter naan which is outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Room not in order- air conditioner non functional and dripping water. Bathroom Exhaust had very bad aroma - poopy smell. Towels very old with Stains! The General Manger was very understanding and made room Changes. However my Feedback: poor room quality inspection prior to allotment to the Customer.
