journey to Naggar

great place to relax with family, friends or alone! delicious cuisine, beautiful and cozy rooms with stunning mountain views! location is also good, nearby there is everything you need. service is high! recommend visiting!

Disgusted by the chef's behaviour

Everything was okay initially. I ordered food and was eating it with my friends. I told the service team that paneer is not smelling good and it has a foul smell. As soon as the chef heard it, he came fighting with me verbally. He said a lot of bad words and was not agreeing to my complaint at all. In fact, I even politely said that I'll pay the complete amount of my bill and I don't want any compensation and I just want you to acknowledge my complaint and work on it. But the chef was the rudest person that I have ever spoken to in my life and I don't understand where does the owner want to take this place with people like these. My 10 on 10 experience became negative due to the behaviour of this Chef. I want to say a lot of things but, let it be....

I'll come back.

Very beautiful interior, the best hotel in all of India (the ones I've been to). Great for relaxing with friends, yoga and meditation.
Beautiful transportation accessibility, all the sights of the city nearby.
The kitchen is great! The staff helped me work out all the nuances of travelling with the Kulu Valley

Best hotel in the Kulu Valley

I'm a yoga teacher from Russia and I stayed here with my group of eight.
On the second floor are beautiful double rooms with new renovations.
But the best part is the third floor! Here you can enjoy a full two-storey Cottage with separate entrance. Self-catering, living room, relaxation area, you can find a place to practice yoga, two rooms with mountain views, from the rooms access to the balcony. Three doubles on the last floor, a double room and a suite on the third.
My students were thrilled! They even noted that they had never rested at such a beautiful hotel!
Fine food at any time, staff can help solve any issue - excursions, transfers, taxis and even mountain trekking!

Wonderful stay

So I recently visited this hotel with my wife
And it was totally worth staying here.
So we booked for 4 days but it was such a beautiful property we extended our booking for 2 more days .
They have 6 rooms in which they have
4 deluxe rooms
1 superior room and
3 bhk luxury room
There rooms are very spacious with beautiful interior work and equipped with basic amenities . (Geyser , Heater, Electric kettle , etc)
They have one cafe which have both indoor and outdoor sitting with ample space.
Talking about the food -
The food was very delicious and tasty
We ordered
Tasty Parathas and maggi in the morning
Chinese items Like noodles, chilly paneer ,manchurian,chilli chicken
Shahi paneer , butter chicken, Kulcha , naan for the mains
Burgers ,pizza, fries and coffee for evening time
They regularly introduce new new items on demand like chicken malai tikka , malai chaap Or any dish on demand
Overall taste 4.5/5
Talking about the staff
The owner(Mr. Piyush) is very sweet friendly and helpful . He helped us many times as it was very snowy that time so he had offered us a sightseeing in his 4*4 car
He also runs a tour and travel business by the name of kesar travels . They have certain packages of tours and sightseeing
There is a multi-tasking person Mr. Abhishek also known as Dj Shakey
He is such a nice and kind heart person
Very helpful and cooperative
He take cares of guests and cafe
He is a Dj person
He is such a talented person
So We had wonderful 6 days there and we recommend to visit there
I’m in love with this place
Will visit soon !
