CENTRAL REGENTA nice experience

It is nice hotel. The housekeeping is very good. Akash cleaned the rooms very well. The best advantage is that this hotel is next to Marina mall so lot of options for shopping without going anywhere. Room upgradation is required a bit.

Comfortable but Falls Short of 4-Star Standards

The hotel was decent overall - comfortable and pleasant, although it did feel a bit dated. The furniture, bathroom fixtures, and fittings could use some updating. The bathroom faucets were heavily corroded, likely due to prolonged exposure to saltwater, which did not feel great at all. They refused to provide cutlery for food ordered from outside so you have to eat out of the boxes you get your food in, which is pretty inconvenient. Additionally, every time you order food from outside, you will have to go down to the security desk to collect it yourself, which is extremely annoying. While the stay was satisfactory, the overall experience did not quite live up to the standards you would expect from a 4-star hotel, so taking 2 stars off for that.
The front desk service however was excellent, and Rajesh was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. He was friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to assist us. He truly deserves special recognition for his outstanding service.

Good enough to visit again

Rooms are very good and hygienic. Check in and check out was smooth. Early morning was very smooth as reception the front desk manager mr Irfaan was very hospitable.
