Returning to Pondy Heights feels like coming home . Our third stay has solidified our love for this place - the service, hospitality, and attention to detail are unmatched. Sharmi's warmth on ensuring our comfort and safety is truly commendable, and Richard's warm welcomes make us always feel truly valued,He is very helpful and responsive.The room service continues to impress, and the lounge... wow! The view is breathtaking, and we can't wait to experience it fully when it opens. What's more, the location is unbeatable - centrally located to White Town, Pondy Rock Beach, and all of Pondicherry's commercial hotspots. If you're looking for a peaceful, memorable stay in Pondy, Pondy Heights is a must-visit. Value for money and Highly recommended!

Oustanding decor, spacious rooms, nice service

The rooms & the decor of the hotel are outstanding !! The rooms are spacious, all the basic amenities are present, the hotel staff is very helpful, especially the manager madam was very welcoming.
Location-wise, the hotel is bit away from the Promenade Beach (13-15 min walk). But the Sunday market is in the same lane as the hotel, it may be a convenience (& inconvenience both). The hotel doesn't provide complimentary breakfast, but who needs a breakfast in Pondicherry with its outstanding cafes.
One problem, we found out - The geyser has a bit of a problem. It takes 15 mins for the water to turn from hot to cold & vice-versa.

I had four nights in the Lux9 studios. Overall, the best price/performance ratio in this price category in Pondy.
The rooms are modern, clean and in very good general condition. A pleasant atmosphere.
The manager Inba will take care of any questions or problems that arise. In the evening sometimes disturbing noises from the surrounding area. The path to the beach is a few meters longer than at some other hotels in the area, but it is walkable. The Lux9 studios are an absolutely good choice to stay.
