Memorable Stay and Outstanding Services
Our stay at Elegant Water Front Resort was truly delightful. The resort is beautifully located in a serene setting, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. The property is clean, spacious, and very well maintained.
The staff members were professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout our visit. The rooms were neat, well-furnished, and offered a pleasant ambiance. The food was fresh, tasty, and served with excellent hospitality.

Not worth at all
Honest Review
We had booked a 2BHK bungalow with all meals included, as we had previously stayed at their Uran property and had a good experience. This trip was for my father's 80th birthday celebration.
Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst holiday experiences we've ever had.
The problems started immediately after check-in. The sofa in the bungalow was visibly dirty. We then went for lunch at a huge restaurant of around 2,000+ sq. ft. with about 8 air-conditioners, but none of them were switched on until guests arrived. In the middle of this extreme summer heat, the power suddenly went off. The property has a diesel generator, but it failed to start for almost an hour.
Frustrated, we returned to the bungalow, where the GM offered us an upgrade to a bungalow with an indoor pool. We hoped things would improve, but unfortunately they got worse.
In the new bungalow, one of the bedroom ACs was making loud noise and wasn't cooling at all. After repeated complaints, they brought in two air coolers, which were also extremely noisy. Within 15 minutes, the coolers started leaking water. Staff were called to clean the mess, but nobody arrived for over 20 minutes.
After paying ₹40,000, I found myself constantly chasing staff just to get basic issues addressed.
The next morning, we requested tea and coffee sachets. Even after 2 hours, nothing arrived. The receptionist was extremely rude. The TV didn't even have a set-top box.
From the reservation team, sales manager, GM, and property manager, everyone had to be called repeatedly for even the smallest issue.
They completely ruined what was supposed to be a special family holiday. In fact, on the very first evening, I asked for a refund for one night because we simply couldn't tolerate the situation any longer.
After considerable discussion, they refunded one night's stay and offered another complimentary night at the same resort, which I refused. Even if they paid me, I would not return to stay there again.
The only positive aspect of the stay was that the food at the restaurant was good.
My advice: Don't plan any special occasion here. There are far better options available, such as Orlander Farms in Karjat and Pakruti in Alibaug, both of which offer excellent service and a much better overall experience.

pathetic service at all levels and arrogant staff
The service level was the worst that I have ever seen. The owner is too arrogant and doesn’t entertain any service issue complaints . The reception staff doesn’t know basic stuff and the restaurant only one that they have is the worst across all levels - food, service, cleaniness. I would never recommend anyone this property - there are many better ones. All the amenities - cricket turf, indoor games etc all are in very bad condition

Terrible experience
Location- good
Service- Pathetic everything comes after 15 to 20 mins of waiting as simple as towels from housekeeping
Cleanliness - pathetic. Dinning area not cleaned at all with lots of flies mosquitoes and cockroaches crawling around.
Kids play area : Everything was in bad state.. fear of child getting hurt and gym equipments kept in kids play area.
Atmosphere- The owner of the property himself is the worst person ever talking to the customer with bad words
Staff has no clue about anything.
