My review is applicable to their restaurant.
The special thali is sumptuous. The taste is homely, the service is efficient, and the pricing is decent. They had several choice of Marathi sweet dishes.
I highly recommend it.

Experience with hotel Durvankur Ratnagiri

Tea quality was extremely poor. Simply giving water and tea. No milk at all. Taste was third class. Street tea better than their tea. They are providing free breakfast to travellers but breakfast quality very very worst. Hotel acts like travellers are Bhikari people who can eat such free and worst quality breakfast. Also people working in this hotel are not in good nature and showing attitude including guy seating at reception for payment collection. My experience with this hotel too too bad. Travellers are under impression that this hotel is near to ganpatipule temple. In fact its far from temple. Local hotels are better than this hotel and also near to temple but this hotel simply useless. Complete waste of money and time on this hotel. Very very very very third class.

Authentic maharastrian food

Great place for foodies searching for authentic maharashtrian cusine.
Simple place but great food. Purely vegan meal. Just the right taste.One can have sumptous mealand still feel light on your stomach. Value for money

Hotel for Ganpatiphule pilgrim

Nicely located within walking distance of the beach and temple, best suited for pilgrim visiting the temple, Ganpatiphule temple is right on the beach.
Restaurant at the hotel is reasonably priced with moderate variety
Very good for family, a no frill hotel, slightly higher priced because of the location
Traveller not just visiting the temple find themselves away from other beaches and the other attractions at Ratnagiri
Travelling to hotel from Train station is fixed priced, a bus service are available right next to the primary school for sight seeing for just Rs 200 per seat

Excellent stay

We had visited this hotel in the month of May with only a few days prior booking. Online booking is not available though you can confirm it on phone and pay thru net banking to bank account given.Overall we got a very neat and clean room with no usual check-in hassles. They have veg restaurant serving limited food options with decent taste. Will surely visit again.
