Best in Rewa

I loved staying here during my official visit here. The service has been improved allot. Hospitality is best in this hotel when we compare with other hotels in Rewa.
Food and Staff was great

Overpriced, not recommended

We stayed there in deluxe suite for 2 nights. It was much overpriced for everything we got. Though there was space but 2 washroom s had huge water logging problem and rooms have shabby look. Wifi works only from lobby and restaurant. . Nothing matches with the pictures published in their website.

Great staff

I was at yau In land mark hotel .... To celebrate birthday of my wife .... And there Mr. Shayam Pal ji served us ..... His service cooperation and behavior was great showing the class of the place and also made a statement in my mind about the great staff of the place ..... All the best and keep the great work ....

Mixed Feeling

I had a 2 night stay on official tour here from 11 to 13 january and have to say that the first impression of this hotel is really well. I am listing below the positives and the negatives that I faced during my stay here.
1. you'll be very happy with the size and airy feeling of the rooms as it has ample of space and the wooden work is also in a lighter shade along with a big window on the western side, and they have comfortable furniture. One cannot fault this hotel for the rooms.
2. bathroom is also of good size, as are the amenities. Although the water pressure in the taps is a bit of an issue because its not constant and comes and goes frequently. Hot water is timed here from 5 to 10 in the morning and from 1 to 7 or 8 in the night.
3. Their breakfast spread is limited but is of good quality, especially poha. I did not like is the restaurant service, they bring in orders very late even if the restaurant is not filled.
4. The bedsheets are washed with high dose of chemicals because of which bubbles have started to form on them. They felt hard. Also, WiFi didin'd work for the entire duration of my stay.
5. Room AC was not working properely to bring up the temperature to a comfortable level and as it is winter it becomes very chilly at night. Felt cold while sleeping at night.
I would conclude by saying that this is the best hotel in terms of feature, in Rewa but they lack behind severely in other services. Solving this would greatly enhance the staying experience. Hence the mixed experience.
I cut 2 star because of the WiFi issue and the heating issue I faced.

Clean and comfortable hotel

Undoubtedly the best place to stay in Rewa.
The rooms and restroom are clean.
Staff and customer service is very good
Food quality is also good.
Hotel located slightly outside the main city...
Overall a good experience.
