Best place for Detox
My experience at Arogyadham Retreat was truly rejuvenating and deeply enriching. Yogi Dr Amrita Raj gave personalised attention to the therapies,stay and food. The detox and rejuvenation package was thoughtfully designed, offering the perfect balance of healing, relaxation, and holistic wellness.
Morning meditation sessions from 0430hrs to 0530hrs helped me to connect with my inner soul.
The daily yoga and meditation sessions were conducted with great care and expertise, helping me feel calmer, more focused, and refreshed.The yoga sessions in the morning by Mr Vivek helped me to start the day with more energy and relaxed mind.Session on mantra chanting helped me to learn new mantras with their meaning. The Abhyangam therapies were exceptionally relaxing and revitalizing, leaving me with a wonderful sense of physical and mental well-being.
The caring staff, nutritious meals, and personalized attention made the entire stay a memorable experience.I would like to thank Mr Rishi who served us all meals with a smile on his face every time.Mr Anupam,the yoga teacher in the evening helped us to learn do various asanas which will benefit our different parts of the body.The rooms are spacious and very clean. Every aspect of the program reflected a genuine commitment to holistic health and wellness.
I returned home feeling lighter, energized, and more mindful. I wholeheartedly recommend Arogyadham Retreat to anyone looking to detox, de-stress, and reconnect with themselves. It is truly a place where the mind, body, and soul find harmony.

Wonderfull
Its was wonderfull experience. I have organised Art of Living Workshop at Arogyadhan it was one of the best experience for all of us. Everything was perfect. Stay -topnotch ; hospitality - best one can get; food - delicious; their ayurveda services was also one of the best.
You cannot find better property then this in Rishikesh at this cost. Felt like home.

Worst experience
Extremely disappointing experience. The rooms were very small, and the washroom was tiny, poorly maintained, and had a constant unpleasant smell. To make matters worse, the AC drain pipe runs through the washroom, creating a messy and unhygienic environment.
The staff were highly unprofessional and lacked basic hospitality skills. There was no sense of welcoming guests, and customer service was poor throughout our stay. The hotel is located in a very congested street, making access inconvenient.
The food was below average and significantly overpriced. The portions were extremely small, yet the prices were comparable to those of a five-star hotel.
The checkout experience was the worst part of the stay. The receptionist appeared unaware of the checkout process and even refused to honor the discount that had been agreed upon at the time of booking.

Great detox experience along with Luxurious stay
The retreat is a premium offering with luxury facilities and good hotel rooms. The daily schedule helps ins setting a daily routine for our day to day life and helps in detoxifying. The Ayurvedic massages are extremely relaxing and overall experience has been amazing

A Peaceful & Rejuvenating Experience
Had a very peaceful stay at Aarogyadham Retreat. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was fresh and healthy, and the whole atmosphere felt very calming. The people around also felt like home. Loved the yoga sessions, bhajans, and peaceful walks near the Ganga in the morning. A perfect place to relax, heal, and reconnect with yourself.
