Great journey

It was my first visit in India but experience was so good , when i came to airport i was thinking how will be my journey in india and all but to be honest it was fantastic thank you Sushree , Dhanesh and Evan for your great hospitality and service

An experience worth cherishing.

I have never experienced hospitality of the kind. Mr Andrew, Sagar and Jerina at the Ministry of Chutneys are people par excellence. The front office staff Mr Faraz, Sushree, Carolina are amazing and hospitable. A stay to be cherished for long. A 10/10 for the service and mannerisms to all.

Excellent food…wonderful service ❤️

We had a wonderful dining experience here! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the seafood meals and pizzas, which were perfectly prepared and full of flavour. A special mention to Chef Mr. Sendhil Kumar, who served us with great care and made sure everything was on point. The food, service, and overall experience were excellent. Definitely a place we would love to visit again! ❤️

Warm welcome at check in
Prompt help by front desk staff during stay multiple times (Ashwini needs to be especially mentioned positively).
Very good buffet breakfast.
Nice coffee as well.
Nice room with excellent climate control which effectively stops cooling when I increase set temperature and makes me feel comfortable.
If and when I visit Chennai, I would be happy to stay there again.

Only issue with the pillow as that contributes to a restful sleep.
Too hard. Requested for 2 soft pillows. They had only 1. So, slept with a folded towel under my head.
