The attitude of the staff and owner of this hotel is sky-high; they don’t care about the customers at all.
The food taste was okay.
There was no hot water available in the bathroom in the morning.
No internet service no any indoor games as advertised
The location is great.
Overall experience is very bad.

Had planned to visit only for a day but then I extended the stay for couple of days.

We found a huge insect inside the chicken curry

We traveled from Mahabaleshwar to this place and had a terrible experience. The hotel rooms were not clean, so we decided to have lunch instead. Unfortunately, we found a huge insect inside the chicken curry, and the service was awful—they didn't even serve us properly. The kitchen was very dirty. I would not recommend this hotel because there are no other restaurants nearby where you can get food, and the road to this place is in poor condition.

Resort is wonderful , specially I like room service and food and swimming pool water is not chemical water, overall amazing experience , if you want to discount then contact this number +91 98191 59305 and plus boating ride also there for couple and children
