Great views, food and amazing hospitality. Highly recommended for family stay

This was a family trip to Shimla for which we stayed in this property. The property is an ultimate combination of well made rooms, lovely views, great food and hospitality by the staff. Special thanks to Sachin Kumar and Santosh Sir for making this stay very pleasant for my family. I would look forward to visit this property time and again. This property is located away from the hustle bustle of the Shimla crowd in tranquility between the mountains. Thanks team himalyan heights.

PATHETIC SERVICES EXPERIENCED EVER.

The worst part of hotel is its service.
1. Hotel was out of ice
2. Room service order delivered after 2 n half hours after ordering food.
3. If they canceled ordered item without informing.
4. Staff was not ready to clean the room.
5. One of staff member told me to clean ur room by yourself and leave the used utensils outside .
6. Extra bedding was ordered at 8.00 o clock but staff came at 11.45 with bedding that too after so many reminders.
7. They denied to clean baby water bottle.
8. They are extremely strict bout food timings (10 o clock for dinner) but snacks order given at 4.30 in evening serves at 9.40 in the night. How it's possible to reach on time for dinner.
9. Best part is that my wife asked for fresh bhatura at time of breakfast, they answered when left over bhatura will finish than they will bring fresh ones.
10. This point is for beyond stay (booking partner for this prop), they cheat customers with fake commitments and asked for 100% advance coz they know their standards of services..
Due to their services I checked out after one night only in fact my booking was for 2 nights.
Highly disappointing services.

Worst Hotel!! Dishonest Staff!! Money Minded

We stayed for 2 nights at Room no 503!! We checked in at 11pm and saw broken tap handles in the bathroom(Wash Basin and main tap).. Balcony door was misalligned due to which there were some gaps at the top and bottom.. As a result door used to stay slightly open always.. This made an entry gate for Mosquitoes during night.. TV was not working.. We complained to them at the very same night.. They assured us to be resolved next morning.. On requesting for room change they denied as we had already kept our bags inside the room.. Next morning during Breakfast we again requested to look after it.. They assured us to be resolved by afternoon.. After coming back in the evening there was no change.. During checkout we complained and denief to pay the full amount for 2 nights which was around 8k. On which they argued and said that we had broken the taps for which we have to pay the penalty.. Dishonest staff.. 0 management... High rates.. No service.. Average food.. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER.. THEY ARE MONEY MINDED AND DISHONEST..

Very bad service. Arrogant staff.

A hotel very far from Shimla city (mall road area). Almost 1 hour drive .The service is really pathetic. During my stay there was a group booking by some corporate, so all there attention was towards them. When I tried to book some starters in my room they refused saying it's dinner time so we can't take room service orders. Morning when I asked for a tea they told me kitchen will be open by 7:45 - 8 am, and when called at 8 they are saying the same thing,it's breakfast time so no room service. I was there for 2 days but they don't even clean your room or replenish a bottle of water. Will never recommend anyone. Book at your own risk. If you are going to Manali from Shimla i would suggest you to avoid this hotel as it is very far.
