Warm Hospitality That Made Our Group Stay Memorable

We stayed at The Rosendale, Srinagar as a group of 9 people, and the team made sure each one of us felt comfortable and well looked after.
Although we initially faced an issue with the AC and an unpleasant smell in one of the rooms, it was resolved quickly and efficiently and we had no issues for the rest of our stay.
A special thank you to Ajaz Yatoo at the Front Office, Faisal, Faizan, and Showket from Housekeeping and Naseer and Anoor from F&B for their excellent service. The food was an easy 10/10!
A heartfelt thanks to General Manager Moshim for personally taking such good care of our group and ensuring everything went smoothly.
The warmth, hospitality, and service truly stood out. We would happily recommend The Rosendale to anyone visiting Srinagar and would love to stay here again.

Excellent service

I came to this hotel Rosendale fore the first time and Naseer khan and Noor Mohammed guys are so humble and great i loved their hospitality i’ll sure visit this place again whenever im coming to srinagar

Excellent stay

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rosendale in Srinagar. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The staff was polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is convenient and offers easy access to many popular attractions. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable. The hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Srinagar and would love to stay here again.

No electricity throughout the night, they have a board on reception mentioning that power backup is for 2 hours only without AC.
