Extremely rude behaviour from the Manager at the hotel reception
My travel agent has booked the accommodation and the payment was completed previous day before the check-in date, but the reception staff has mistakenly not linked this payment to my stay and claimed that I can’t be released until making the payment in full. The Manager at the reception was very rude and I need to provide the receipt proof about my payment to my travel agent. This was a breach of my privacy and not acceptable.
I have been allocated a standard room, in spite of my travel agent upgraded my room.

Poor Room Conditions and No Response from Management
I requested that the manager contact me to discuss the situation, but despite multiple attempts by phone and email, I never received any response. The lack of basic room quality and the complete absence of follow-up reflect poorly on the hotel’s management. I would not recommend staying here.
