Ujjain

The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests we had during our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel, including the washrooms, was commendable. The overall experience was good, and I appreciate the effort put into maintaining cleanliness and providing decent facilities. If the hotel management pays more attention to room allocation based on group size, it would significantly enhance the comfort of their guests. Nonetheless, I had a positive experience and would consider staying there again in the future

Fraud hotel please stay safe or may be you will get yourself good poisoning or skin deases

I request everybody not to visit this hotel its disgusting very poor service they dont have any restaurant ghey order it from outside and will tell you they have prepared it water cattels are full of germs sticky all around the cap in it dont be surprised if you find small hairs in it and yes water is of boring full of salt you cant get your soap removed from your body they charged 6k from me for single room if you have 6k you can stay in any 5 star hotel in ujjain i have not checked on sites regarding rates and they fooled me easily

Good place to stay in Ujjain

We stayed for couple of days in Embassy. Walkable (1.5km) to the temple. Crossing the railway bridge was a bit of a challenge though. Reachable by car. Limited parking available inside the compound. Check-in was smooth. Since we reached earlier, they got one of the rooms ready. Rooms were spacious with the usual amenities like coffee maker, soaps etc. Rooms and bathroom were clean.
Breakfast was included in the package. Breakfast items are limited; however, tasty. They rotate between any two items - Poha, Idli/Vada, Poori, Dosa etc. Banana, bread and a sweet was available along with tea/coffee. Room service is available(probably bringing from somewhere nearby). There are NO restaurants in the immediate vicinity (you have to walk to Shanti Palace or the Railway Over bridge area).
Most major attractions are within walkable distance (2-3km), though you may want to take an auto due to the climate and crowd.
Overall, a good place to stay.
NB: I understand that this is a sister concern of Kalpana Palace, which is closer to the temple.

Would not recommend; highly overpriced; below average facilities

Stayed here for our visit to the Mahakaleshwar temple. The availablity of hotels during our stay was limited and hence the staff took full advantage of it.
- The prices that we payed were more than double of their actual prices.
While we were somewhat okay with the inflated prices the facilities are below average! ( Would not recommend, hotels with less than its price offer better facilities)
- The food is average, limited items and mostly cold
- The service is below average with the bedsheets that were given on extra bedding were torn and needed to be asked for multiple times
- The property size is smaller than that of oyo rooms ( washrooms are even smaller)
- overall would be a 2/5 kind of an experience

Poor Management of this hotel

Hotel services are very bad don't book it staff is not good As A travel agent I will never recommend to any one to book this hotel Mr bharat who is taking care of this property is very rude he don't know how to talk with business associate's
