Excellent service and very helpful staff

Excellent service, good and clean rooms, good ambience and very supportive and kind staff. Enjoyed our trip to the fullest due to hotel staff co operation. A definite recommend from our side.We are very happy and satisfied with our stay here.

Comfortable total in Varanasi

This is the best hotel in entire Banaras and the service here is also very good...
Well-maintained hotel with efficient and friendly staff. Offers 24/7 hot and cold water, vegetarian restaurant with tasty South Indian dishes, and a helpful travel desk. Convenient location.

Amazing rooms, clean, friendly.
Staff response is satisfactory.
Towels will be provided.
WiFi and hot water 24/7.
Visually pleasing rooms.
Breakfast and dinner was tasty and portion was good.
Parking space is also available.

Very nice hospitality and very cooperative staff

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel every staff members i encountered from the valet to the check in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help.
The owner was super nice and down to earth they made us feel right at home and were always willing to lend a helping hand
