Excellent value at SS Guest House in Varanasi— near Kashi vishwanath mandir & Dashaswamedh ghat

I stayed at SS Guest House for 2 nights in September on a family trip. The location in Godowlia is ideal—about 400 meter walking distance to Kashi vishwanath mandir , with plenty of local eateries and shops nearby. My room was spotless, air-conditioned, and had reliable Wi-Fi, hot water, and a comfortable bed. Housekeeping was consistent and the staff were friendly and quick to help with early check-in/luggage storage.
For the price, it’s great value compared to other guest houses in Varanasi. Nights were quiet and I felt safe; the 24/7 front desk was reassuring.
If you’re looking for a budget-friendly, centrally located hotel in Varanasi, SS Guest House is a solid choice for families. I’d happily stay again.

SS Guest House: Comfort, Convenience & Great Hospitality

I had a great stay at SS Guest House. The location is excellent—close to ghats, temples, shops, and public transport. Rooms were clean, modern, with fast Wi-Fi, comfy beds, and a spacious bathroom. Housekeeping was efficient, and the staff were welcoming. Major attractions like Dashashwamedh Ghat, Assi Ghat, and Kashi Vishwanath Temple are within 1 km. Perfect for shopping, food, and sightseeing. Highly recommend for a reliable and comfortable stay.
