Most worst experience.
It is extremely unfortunate that despite booking two rooms by incurring more than 20k very low graded and bad rooms have been provided to us. The hotel is in front of a cow shed and all the time bad smell of cow dung is coming.
Basic amenities are not provided in the hotel. The entrance of the hotel is extremely poor, shabby and dirty. Even the entrance corridor of the hotel is extremely dirty and bad. There is no hook in the rooms where clothes can be hanged! No trash bin in the room. No tv, no mirror. Even the hotel owner has very smartly captured the photos of the room so that views of rooms can be shown very big. Even there is no hook for hanging cloth in the bathroom. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and smoke of outside are entering into the room. The hotel is providing internet via wifi but that is absolutely useless. The ventilator of the hotel and bathroom are covered with packing board. Charging higher room fare but rendering service is very poor. Strongly not recommending. Don’t come in this hotel. Extremely disappointing. However behaviour of staff is good.
