Pleasant experience
And the service was excellent, especially Abeeth and Karan. Rooms were cozy and comfortable.

Few unpleasant experiences except location, swimming pool, ambience and breakfast buffet.
Up on arrival, the receptionist was unfriendly. He was very rude and impatient to explain the protocol.
Other than this experience, we had a relaxed swimming. The staff in buffet breakfast were friendly and hospitality was very much appreciated. Food was delicious.

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Food and Hospitality
A special thanks to Yogesh, who truly made our day with his warm hospitality. He went out of his way to ensure we got exactly what we needed and was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay.
I would also like to appreciate Chef Pavan and Chef Vidyapati for the exceptional desserts. The panna cotta was one of the best I’ve ever had—it’s an absolute must-try! Chef Yuvraj also prepared some outstanding South Indian dishes that were authentic and delicious.
Lastly, I want to thank Mangal at the front desk for being extremely cooperative and helping us check into the right room. His professionalism and friendly nature made the check-in process smooth and pleasant.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Mango Hill for the incredible hospitality and unforgettable dining experience. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pondicherry.
