Seminyak 4br Villa's
The Amarin Villa's are in a great location in Seminyak, close to 'eat street' and cool bars. The layout of the villa's are perfect with 4 bedrooms that have a central entry to a spacious indoor lounge and kicthen area. We required 2 villa's(8 bedrooms) which had interconnecting gates that open up the gardens and large pools to make this huge and fun space. The staff were absolutely amazing and so helpful. The negative would be the Wifi and TV system was terrible. For the level of these villa's and the price charged this needs to be corrected. We would stay again provided the Wifi/TV's were fixed.

My go to Seminyak villa in Bali
We took up 2 villas, which was connecting via the pool area..had a small group of friends for retreat. Location was great in Seminyak, and with the short cut lane leading to Jl Kayu Aya, the high street of Seminyak. The villas were peaceful and quiet too. The personal butler service was great and helped us with any requirements that we needed. Rooms were very comfortable and love the pillows. The pool are was especially inviting after long trips outside and is a useable lap pool with plenty of lounging areas for guests. ideal for groups of friends and families. The villas were clean and selected breakfasts were cooked every morning. Will be back..

Disappointing
This was our second stay at the Amarin first being Nov 22 most recently in May 23 and sadly our last…Amarin villas has so much potential, great location, amazing size pool, great layout but unfortunately lack of cleanliness and poor maintenance for the price you pay is unacceptable, not to mention the front of house isn’t the most welcoming.
Here’s the negatives
Water damage on several walls
Shower head only half works in master bathroom
Soap scum build up on shampoo/conditioner bottles
Bathroom vanity stained and not cleaned prior (had someone else hair)
Terrible Wifi doesn’t work at all in the master bedroom
Rotting deck around pool
Door that you couldn’t lock leading to a water feature (we have small children)
The butler’s are lovely although we realised they had unlock external doors to the pool during housekeeping.
Pool guy decided to dose the pool with chlorine in the middle of the day just as we arrived back for a swim after being out for 2 hours meaning we couldn’t swim for awhile (housekeeping asked if the villa was free to clean when we were heading out)
Charged is $10 per day for an extra high chair when it was free in Nov 22 then blamed it on change of owner ship
Requested late checkout for 1pm the best they could offer was 12:30
These are all minor issues but you expect a higher quality of service we you’re paying $600+ per night.
Stay else where for cheaper.

Amarin Seminyak perfect villa
Perfectly located adjacent to the main Seminyak street, shops, spas, restaurants & and a short 5-7mins walk to Seminyak Square Mall. The villa itself is beautiful. Modern design with a large dining table, kitchen and living room. The rooms are spacious & well equipped . The swimming pool is long compared to most private luxury villas I have stayed at in Bali before. The Villa staff are very courteous, well spoken & attentive. Daily breakfast was cooked at our villa every morning by our personal butler. Our personal butler was also on hand to help arrange private tours, car hire, in Villa massage etc. The staff made our stay more enjoyable & relaxing. I would highly recommend Amarin Seminyak to families and groups. 2 villas are adjoining by a sliding gate at the garden / pool so makes it ideal for larger groups to hangout. Looking forward to staying at Amarin Seminyak Villas again.

Top stay. Top staff.
Our group of 7 hired 2 villas which interconnected . It was a wonderful experience. The pools are so lovely so big, clean and exposed to Sun which makes them lovely and cool without being freezing. Loved the lawn all around pool. The gardener really has done a great job. The aircons all Daikin, worked so well. The breakfast was amazing. Indonesian and traditional cooked breakfast that you preorder. Bakery items, fresh fruit, yogurt and yummy pancakes all cooked by Wigan and another charming young man. They couldn't do enough for you. Always smiling and happy. Location was fantastic. Across the road from minimart, money changer and basic but very expert massage boutique. The reception ladies where also very helpful and so charming. There is a tv in every room and a safe. Netflix available as they have smart tv. Beds very comfortable. Nice having a carpet square in room. Very large dinning table could seat 10.
Loved the complementary chips and snacks as well as soft drink and bintang. Filtered water also available.
Only downside was the WI-FI. Worked well in main living area but not bedrooms.
Also the chairs and couch in living room uncomfortable just very long base and low to ground, however the positives outweighed the negative by a lot and I would definitely stay here again.
