A Very Good Hotel for Business Trip purposes

Four Point Balikpapan has been my number one preferable hotel for business trip and mission. Very close to the airport, good internet connection, comfy room and excellent hospitality from hotel's personnel and crew. For business purposes trip, this is a very good choice hotel in Balikpapan. However, limited facilities if you are more to Family Vacation, but perfect for business.

Just one huge issue that needs to be properly fixed.

The breakfast was incredible and so was our vegetarian dinner. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. Pick up and drop off to the airport was super easy.
Just ONE HUGE ISSUE that needs URGENT attention. The dampness and mold issues in the passages and dining area. Notably the walls, ceilings and carpets. Our room was not too bad. This is a HUGE issue that needs to be fixed...not just covered with paint and new trims. I think the air conditioning was not properly insulated during installation and has been dripping water for ages, causing dampness and mold issues. This is a HEALTH RISK and needs your URGENT attention. This could be an amazing Hotel, if you can fix this huge problem.

Business stay

The hotel is very comfortable, the room is clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is delicious. Very good experience and top recommended.

A Wonderful Stay with Amazing Staff

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was truly impressed by the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with any request.
The team went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their professionalism, warm hospitality, and prompt response to any inquiries made a significant difference to my overall experience.
The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable environment, but what truly stood out was the outstanding customer service. It is clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a pleasant stay. I look forward to returning in the future.

Tonight I asked my family for a surprise on my birthday, I was a little surprised, but in the morning I got a real surprise from Mba Fitri and 2 mba2 staff nyaa
The hotel recommends bgt. breakfast is good, pool and view is super cool
Once again I want to say trmksh byk for hotel four point and trmksh byk for Mba Fitri healthy ya mbk cantikk mksh byk suprise nyaa
