Really love my stay here!
The staff is so accommodating and the service is so good!
Love the view, a place that will be just nice for 2-3 days stay.
Cleanliness of the pool might be needed more often and perhaps room shoes that is thicker since its cold at night and the floor is too cooling at times.
Perhaps also room's lock to be changed to something easier to lock as we faced a difficulty in locking the room door. There's 1 night whereby we didn't realise it wasn't locked at all.

The views from the pool and the rooftop are beautiful, and the staff genuinely try their best to provide good service. That said, the property is in need of significant renovation, and at this price point, it doesn’t offer good value for money.
The bedsheets and towels had visible stains, the carpet looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned between guests, the shower had drainage issues, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable in the room. The food was also disappointing, so if you’re staying here, I’d recommend eating somewhere else.

1) They didn't have our name at the reception on arrival - took some time to find us
2) Our room had all the curtains closed on arrival and boiling hot... No aircon in the lounge (family room)
3) To get to the family rooms, you need the hotel car. They only have one hotel car, so sometimes you are waiting ages
4) They went to fill the car up with petrol at 9.30am on a Sunday at peak time, so no car was avabile
5) There is no manager working on a Sunday
Family rooms
1) The floors are so slippy - we all fell over, adults and kids
2) They look much better in the photos
Overal
The main building is nice, including the pool but the above makes the place not a good stay

First let me say the views were excellent! The staff was kind and friendly but…there’s only so much they can do with a hotel that is in terrible shape. After reading recent poor reviews I requested in advance that my room, bedding and towels be in good condition and they were although the bedspread was in need of replacing. The way the shower and toilet area was constructed was awful! First of all it was not separate from the sleeping area. Most importantly, when one showered the water from the shower seeped into the toilet area and stayed in the corners and created a very wet environment. There was no comfortable chair in the room, the seating on the balcony was very worn. I could go on and on but basically the hotel is a construction nightmare and it has not been repaired/maintained. We left one night early as the room was not an enjoyable place to be.

The staff is amazing - helpful, friendly, and always willing to lend a hand.
The room is beautiful and the view is gorgeous.
However, this is one of the loudest places in the world that I have stayed. The constant symphony of construction, insects, and traffic is enough to drive you mad.
