The property was built quite a long time ago. Even so, the stay was very good with all the necessities in place and working well. Staff were excellent and the food served at the restaurants were of good value and tasted great.

Avoid at all cost

This is the worst resort I've ever experienced. Kiki from the Sales & Marketing team was unprofessional, unresponsive, and gave the impression that customer service was not a priority. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here. There are many other resorts that value their guests and provide a much better experience.

Pool was very well maintained and clean. Saltwater lagoon was an interesting feature as well.

Really lovely place

We had booked a small room with beautiful views.
The reception was perfect and very helpful. We had been delayed a day but reached for breakfast day two and everything worked. The breakfast was really delicious with everything you can dream of, whether it was buffet on the weekend or a la carte in everyday life.
The pool was lovely.
Super treatment in the spa.
There is not much happening in the area but it is easy and cheap to get around by taxi.
The only disadvantage is that at the end of the afternoon there was very loud music in the bar and it was impossible to relax at the pool.

Resort was nice but room was not good

Our room was tiny with no view and construction going on outside and a 200 meter walk to pool, beach etc.. not ideal but we had a pleasant time, breakfast was super, food was good, staff very very nice... Would we go back.. probably not unless we were guaranteed one of the good rooms..
If U book make sure U get an ocean facing room close to bar and pool..
