Staycation

This is the 3x time I stayed there with family, the room is clean, the breakfast is good, the service of the staff is very friendly, especially Mba Dima, the explanation he gave detailed and quick. Thank you El Hotel Bandung team.

Good hotel near Braga - Bandung old town area

The hotel is located very close to the old town of Bandung near Braga street. A good walking distance to explore the old city where you can find lots of restaurants. The hotel it self is reasonable, rooms are updated and spacious. Sleeping quality was good. Swimming pool is good for adults and children and has direct access if you choose rooms on the 4th floor. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, not too many selections and more focused on local food. Conclusion, good enough hotel for short business travel.

CHECK IN HOTEL START 15.00

CONFIRMED BY HOTEL CHECK IN START TIME 15.00.
I am very disappointed with this hotel's check-out policy. The check-out process only starts at 3:00 PM, and even then, the actual timing is unpredictable and can be delayed further. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted a significant amount of my time.
A hotel should have a clear and reliable check-out process, but unfortunately, this policy is frustrating and poorly managed. My overall experience was disappointing because of this. I hope the management reviews and improves this policy so future guests do not have to go through the same experience.

After reviewing your stay with our team, we would like to clarify that you arrived at the hotel at approximately 2:23 PM, prior to our standard check-in time of 3:00 PM. We understand your preference for a Pool View room. At the time of your arrival, this room type was still being prepared as it was occupied by the previous guest. Our team offered a City View room, which was available for immediate occupancy, however we fully respected your preference to wait for the Pool View room instead.
We are pleased that your preferred room became available and was ready for check-in at approximately 2:51 PM, allowing you to receive your room before our official check-in time.
Please allow us to clarify that check-in and check-out times may vary between hotels. At éL Hotel Bandung, our standard check-out time is 12:00 PM, while check-in begins at 3:00 PM to ensure every room is properly cleaned and prepared for arriving guests. While we always strive to accommodate early check-in requests whenever possible, these requests remain subject to room availability on the day of arrival.

A must-visit hotel

I know that there are plenty of good hotels in the Bandung area, but you might want to book this hotel, especially when you're staying with your family. We booked two rooms with connecting doors because my children are already teenagers. I love the room, I love the bed, the bed sheet & the duvet/blanket. The hot water is also out fast, we don't need to wait for too long. We tried the swimming pool. It was full because of the school holiday but we still feel comfortable because the pool is spacious enough. We recommend booking a room with breakfast, it has various food & beverages and most of them taste scrumptious. It's close to Jalan Braga, within walking distance from the hotel.
